Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to download their files.

• After 30 days, access may expire permanently

• Light Designs is not obligated to resend files after expiration

• You are responsible for securely storing your purchased files

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final

• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided

Exception:

• If a product is completely non-functional and cannot be fixed
